1. Return Window and Eligibility

At GETODAY, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return products under the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy, in compliance with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.   • Non-Returnable Products: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as (but not limited to):
    • Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear.
    • Sealed personal care items (e.g., razors, toothbrushes) if unsealed.
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Customised or personalised items.
    • Earrings and other body jewelry once unsealed.

Note: If these items are faulty or damaged upon arrival, they remain eligible for a return or refund.

  • Condition for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering may not be accepted.
    • Digital goods (e.g., software downloads) must not have been accessed or activated.
  • Multiple-Item Bundles: If you purchased a set or bundle, the entire set must be returned unless we specify otherwise.


2. Return Process and Verification

  • Return Initiation: To initiate a return:

    3. Await approval and a prepaid return label (if eligible).

  • First Return Free: The first return in every order is free of charge. For subsequent returns of the same order, return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.
